Cancellation Policy / Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.
By booking a tour with Solux Tour, a locally operated tour company in Uzbekistan, after reviewing the offered services and confirming the availability of the selected tour package (services), you will be provided with a PDF file containing detailed information about the tour (services) and booking terms in the form of a booking form. This information will also be available for download in the traveler’s personal account (if applicable).
The agreement for the provision of services and its confirmation is based on a non-refundable deposit for the booked services (tour package, travel services) and confirmation of receipt by Solux Tour. At this point, it is considered that you agree to these booking conditions, and your order will be accepted.
If you have any questions or special requests regarding these terms, they must be discussed and agreed with Solux Tour before receiving the booking documents.
Booking
- The customer is required to pay a deposit of at least 30% of the total tour cost to confirm the reservation.
- A completed booking form is required to finalize the reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid to Solux Tour no later than 40 days before the tour start date.
- For bookings made within 40 days prior to departure, full payment is required immediately.
- Full details of the traveler’s travel insurance policy must be provided at the time of final payment.
Cancellation Policy
According to our booking policy, cancellation fees are applied as follows:
- 30 days or more before departure – 30% of the tour cost (deposit forfeited)
- 29 to 15 days before departure – 50% of the tour cost*
- 14 to 7 days before departure – 70% of the tour cost*
- 6 days or less before departure – 100% of the tour cost*
* Cancellation fees apply to the total tour price.
Airline tickets and services not included in the Solux Tour itinerary are not part of the tour package price. Any airline or transport cancellation conditions must be clarified directly with the service provider or booking agent.
Force Majeure / Tour Cancellation by Solux Tour
Solux Tour closely monitors developments in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. If a tour must be canceled due to natural disasters, political instability, government restrictions, or safety concerns, Solux Tour will refund all payments received by Solux Tour minus an administrative fee of USD 250 per person.
Additional expenses such as airline penalties, cancellation fees, passport registration costs, visa fees, or other third-party expenses are non-refundable through Solux Tour.
Escorted Tours & Additional Services
Services not explicitly included in the tour itinerary—such as laundry, tips, visa support, passport registration, additional entrance tickets, meals, optional excursions, or personal expenses—must be paid directly by the client.
If you are traveling alone and request room sharing, Solux Tour will make reasonable efforts to arrange it. If room sharing is not possible, the client is responsible for paying the single room supplement according to the applicable rates.
