Hotel Booking Conditions

Hotel bookings are made through an official request to Solux Tour. A completed booking form is required to confirm the reservation. Client information must be provided at least 72 hours prior to the start of the booking process. Solux Tour is not responsible for any inconvenience resulting from delayed submission of required information.

A 20% deposit of the total room cost must be paid upon confirmation of the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before check-in. If the booking is made within 3 days of the check-in date, полная оплата требуется немедленно.

Please note that Solux Tour reserves the right to decline a booking request unilaterally without providing a reason. In such cases, the paid deposit will be refunded.


Most Hotels

  • Check-in time: from 14:00 (2:00 PM).
    Solux Tour cannot guarantee room availability before this time.
  • Early check-in:
    • Must be requested and confirmed in advance
    • Arrival between 07:00 AM and 2:00 PM – additional charge of 50% of the room rate
    • Arrival before 07:00 AM – additional charge of 100% of the room rate

Without prior notice, Solux Tour cannot guarantee room readiness for early arrivals.

  • Check-out time: before 12:00 PM (noon)
    • Late check-out until 6:00 PM – additional charge of 50% of the room rate
    • Check-out after 6:00 PM – additional charge of 100% of the room rate

Hotel Cancellation Policies

  • If the client cancels the reserved services less than 3 days before check-in, the client must pay 50% of the reserved room rate to Solux Tour.

Group Bookings

  • The total number of reserved rooms may be canceled without penalty up to 21 days before arrival.
  • From 21 to 4 days before arrival, up to 10% of the reserved rooms may be canceled without penalty.

In case of cancellation or no-show, the client must pay 100% of the room rate for the contracted period.
If a guest arrives later than scheduled, payment for the missed night(s) is still required.


Obligations

If the accommodation services provided do not meet the standards described in the hotel offer, the client has the right to request corrections free of charge, where possible.

The client must comply with all hotel rules and regulations. In case of property damage caused by the client, or if unauthorized guests are invited, responsibility shall be borne in accordance with the laws of the host country.

Solux Tour cooperates with hotels and accommodation providers in Uzbekistan and acts as an agent for third-party service providers. Solux Tour is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or service quality of these third parties.
