Пожалуйста, внимательно прочтите следующие Правила и условия.
Забронировав тур с Solux Tour, after reviewing the offered services and confirming the availability of the selected tour package (services), you will be provided with a PDF file containing detailed information about the tour (services) and booking terms in the form of a booking form. This information may also be available for download in the traveler’s personal account, where applicable.
Соглашение о предоставлении услуг и его подтверждение основаны на невозвращаемый депозит за забронированные услуги (турпакет, туристические услуги) и подтверждение получения от Solux Tour. At this point, it is considered that you fully agree to the booking conditions, and your order will be accepted.
If you have any questions or special requests regarding these terms, you must discuss and resolve them with Solux Tour before receiving the booking documents.
Бронирование
- The customer must provide a депозит в размере не менее 30% от общей стоимости тура для подтверждения бронирования.
- A completed booking form (and declaration, if required) must be submitted to finalize the booking.
- The remaining balance of the tour cost must be paid to Solux Tour at least за 40 дней до даты начала тура.
- If the booking is made within 40 days of the tour start date, full payment for the tour package or services is required immediately.

Cancellation
В соответствии с нашей политикой бронирования, плата за отмену бронирования взимается следующим образом:
- за 30 дней или более до вылета – 30% от стоимости тура (депозит аннулируется)
- от 29 до 15 дней до вылета – 50% от стоимости тура*
- от 14 до 7 дней до вылета – 70% от стоимости тура*
- за 6 дней или менее до вылета – 100% от стоимости тура*
* Плата за отмену бронирования включена в общую стоимость тура.
Tickets and services not included in the Solux Tour itinerary are not part of the package price. Any airline or transport cancellation conditions must be clarified directly with the respective booking agent or service provider.
Solux Tour closely monitors developments in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. If a tour is canceled due to стихийные бедствия, политическая нестабильность, правительственные ограничения или соображения безопасности, Solux Tour вернет все платежи, полученные Solux Tour за вычетом административного сбора в размере 250 долларов США с человека.
Additional costs such as airline cancellation penalties, flight changes, third-party expenses, passport registration fees, and visa fees are невозмещаемый через Solux Tour.
Escorted Tours
Any additional services not explicitly specified in the tour itinerary—such as laundry, tips, visa services, passport registration, extra entrance tickets not included in the tour, meals, optional excursions, or personal expenses—must be paid directly by the client.
If you are traveling alone and have requested room sharing, Solux Tour will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request. However, if a room share cannot be arranged, the client must pay the applicable доплата за одноместный номер.
