Cancellation Policy / Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.
By booking a tour with Solux Tour, after reviewing the offered services and confirming the availability of the selected tour package (services), you will be provided with a PDF file containing detailed information about the tour (services) and booking terms in the form of a booking form. This information may also be available for download in the traveler’s personal account, where applicable.
The agreement for the provision of services and its confirmation is based on a non-refundable deposit for the booked services (tour package, travel services) and confirmation of receipt by Solux Tour. At this point, it is considered that you fully agree to the booking conditions, and your order will be accepted.
If you have any questions or special requests regarding these terms, you must discuss and resolve them with Solux Tour before receiving the booking documents.
Booking
- The customer must provide a deposit of at least 30% of the total tour cost to confirm the reservation.
- A completed booking form (and declaration, if required) must be submitted to finalize the booking.
- The remaining balance of the tour cost must be paid to Solux Tour at least 40 days before the tour start date.
- If the booking is made within 40 days of the tour start date, full payment for the tour package or services is required immediately.
- Full details of the traveler’s travel insurance policy must be provided at the time of final payment.
Cancellation
According to our booking policy, cancellation fees are applied as follows:
- 30 days or more before departure – 30% of the tour cost (deposit forfeited)
- 29 to 15 days before departure – 50% of the tour cost*
- 14 to 7 days before departure – 70% of the tour cost*
- 6 days or less before departure – 100% of the tour cost*
* Cancellation fees apply to the total tour price.
Tickets and services not included in the Solux Tour itinerary are not part of the package price. Any airline or transport cancellation conditions must be clarified directly with the respective booking agent or service provider.
Solux Tour closely monitors developments in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. If a tour is canceled due to natural disasters, political instability, government restrictions, or safety concerns, Solux Tour will refund all payments received by Solux Tour minus an administrative fee of USD 250 per person.
Additional costs such as airline cancellation penalties, flight changes, third-party expenses, passport registration fees, and visa fees are non-refundable through Solux Tour.
Escorted Tours
Any additional services not explicitly specified in the tour itinerary—such as laundry, tips, visa services, passport registration, extra entrance tickets not included in the tour, meals, optional excursions, or personal expenses—must be paid directly by the client.
If you are traveling alone and have requested room sharing, Solux Tour will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request. However, if a room share cannot be arranged, the client must pay the applicable single room supplement.
